Even a rainy Vancouver won't stop the St Patrick's Day Parade in downtown Vancouver this morning. It was drizzling and umbrellas were out and the parade marched on. I was able to catch a few moments of Vancouver's St Patrick's Day Parade while it was ending. You can still see the green shamrocks, marching pipe bands, vintage army trucks, Irish dancers and sword fighting students for the St Patrick's Day parade. And a whole lot of cameras and phones taking pictures of this Vancouver event.
