Ipsy won the November beauty battle as the better budget friendly beauty subscription box!  Ipsy had six full sized beauty products in a fashionable gold glam cosmetic bag for $15 Cdn including shipping.  It's great that one glam bag fits all of the products.  The products included items from the new Michelle Pham beauty line with a good variety to try.

We just finished another vlog night which means....lots of subscription boxes to review and blog just for you!  
First we started with one of our favourite beauty boxes and it definitely won the beauty battle for October!  Ipsy October Glam Bag had good name brand items such as Buxom lip gloss and beauty that was good for you with the organic coconut lotion.  This is a sweet deal with since Ipsy is less than $15 and this month provided you with five beauty products.  Five stars for value!

We are back with beauty subscription boxes!  So we had another vlog night for the beauty battle!  Now it's always FUN to open mail.  Especially when we recognize the pink packaging and know that Ipsy Glam Bag for September has arrived!  Ipsy is great for value since it only costs $15 US per month including the shipping to Canada.  We say 'VALUE' because of the full sized products every month in the Ipsy Glam Bag.

I'm the most excited to try the Icelandic Hydro Cool Eye puffs especially during my busy time at work.  Perhaps they will cool my puffy, dark eyes and make them shine bright again.  Ipsy never disappoints, September Ipsy Glam Bag is a classic to enjoy!

Battle of the Beauty Boxes for June - Ipsy Glam Bag and Topbox

Hello Girlfriends,

Yesterday I gave you a preview of the June Ipsy Glam Bag but the question is....who will win the battle of the beauty boxes.  We are looking at the June boxes for Ipsy and Topbox.  Both were sent at the approximately the same time, however, since Topbox is a Canadian company, it arrived in Vancouver before Ipsy did.  That being said, both made it to the beauty box battle on time.

IPSY Glam Bag Review - June

IPSY's Glam Bag for June is themed Walk on the Wild Side and the leopard print glam bag screamed wild.  The products inside were a bit too wild for me!

Take a look into my IPSY June's Glam Bag. I think that it's a great bag if you want to try out something a bit wild and crazy and go clubbing but I'm past my nightclub days so I'll be passing most of the bag to friends and family.   I prefer the IPSY Glam Bag (May).  Let's wait and see next month what IPSY will bring.

IPSY Glam Bag Review - May

Hello Everyone,
Well, I have to admit that I tried to do a vlog by myself but it's not as easy as it looks.  At least not for a first timer like me.  As you can tell, Carolyn, was our tech genius.  Anyhow, now you get to read about my Ipsy May Glam Bag.

This is the Spring Fling Bag and it's my 2nd Ipsy Bag and I am really loving it!  The price is right at $15/month for Canadians and you can see that you get 4-5 full sized beauty products. 

From the other subscription reviews that I've been reading, it seems that every bag is a little different.  Here's what I got:

1.  Mirabella Lipstick - WOW!  Look at that colour for spring, hot stuff! 
2.  Nume Finishing Serum - Smooth shiny hair for spring.
3.  Pacifica Island Vanilla Roll On Perfume - Light scent smells like home baking. 
4.  Zoya Nail Polish - Free from all the bad stuff!  YAY!
5.  Yaby Buff Concealer Refill - Tiny amount is worth a try.  After I attempted my vlog, I realized that I needed this concealer to cover up oh so much.
