Burgoo Comfort Food on Main Street

Dear Vancity Girlfriends,

Do you want a night out with comfort food in Vancouver?  Then come on down and give Burgoo a try!  We ventured to Burgoo on Main Street.  Mount Pleasant has a lot of quaint restaurants and shops to browse in and even though you can't make reservations Burgoo is worth the trip for an early dinner.  That day I had breakfast, and skipped lunch, so I'd be ready for what Burgoo had to offer.  Burgoo has wonderful stews, soups, and comfort food from different countries.  Just what you need for an evening out with vancity girlfriends!  

I went out with three girlfriends and we had a bottle of Burgoo white wine, natchos appetizers, a variety of main entrees, and desserts.   A memorable occasion at Burgoo!
